We’re looking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors to join our growing Glasgow office. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing property transactions, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring smooth conveyancing processes for our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, contributing to high-quality service delivery in residential property law.

Duties

• Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Draft and review legal documentation.
• Conduct property searches and liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and clients to facilitate transactions.
• Provide clear legal advice on property law, contractual obligations, and potential risks associated with transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements throughout the conveyancing process.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication.
  
  

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing.
• Proven experience managing residential property transactions independently.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable terms for clients.
• Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to diverse client needs.
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. This role is ideal for a motivated solicitor looking to further their career within a supportive team environment dedicated to delivering exceptional client service in residential conveyancing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Dependant on experience
