Modern technology is an incredible thing – and it’s thanks to electronic and digital communications that we at Andersonbain are able to protect our team and you, our clients. As from Monday, 6th April, we have decided that, in line with government advice relating to the ongoing outbreak of COVID-19, all of our staff will be working remotely from home. Our office will be closed to all members of the public.
We are hopeful that there will be minimal disruption or change to the level of service that we currently provide and you have our assurance that your work continues to be in a very safe pair of hands.
We have invested heavily in robust and secure technological and digital systems and processes and we can now have these measures prove their worth in this challenging environment.
The only difference is that you’ll be seeing a little bit less of us over the coming weeks and months as we adapt to new ways of working that are so vital to protect our staff, clients and their loved ones.
Meet the team
In order to observe social distancing, we will no longer meet with clients face-to-face, and instead we’ll be using telephone, email and other IT software that allow us to have virtual meetings.
The coronavirus outbreak has created an unprecedented situation – and it’s one that’s continually evolving. We’ll keep you updated on any changes that might have any impact for business continuity – as well as providing guidance and advice to support you during these turbulent times – but please rest assured that it is very much business as usual at Andersonbain.
Please do not hesitate to contact us preferably by emailing your point of contact at the firm direct (all email addresses are provided on the Contacts section of our web site) and for new or general enquiries please complete our online enquiry form, when the solicitor best placed to deal with your query will be in touch with you directly.
If you have any questions or concerns about how the remote working of our staff might impact on you. In the meantime, we wish you and your families well and look forward to the next time we can meet face-to-face.
