Dan McFarlane

Dan joined Andersonbain in 2026 as a Partner. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2018, Dan has specialised exclusively on all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases and remortgages. He prides himself on providing practical, straightforward advice and believes that clear communication and a personal approach are key to making the conveyancing process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Away from the office, Dan is a Category 1 referee with the Scottish FA, regularly officiating matches in the Scottish Premiership and Championship. When he’s not on the football pitch, you’ll usually find him following Formula 1 or listening to Bruce Springsteen – a lifelong fan whose playlists are never far away.
