andersonbain & co comprises of five partners, two associate partners and twenty eight support staff based in centrally situated premises at both 10 Thistle Street, Aberdeen (only yards away from the Aberdeen Solicitors Property Centre) and 243 George Street, Aberdeen

Although the firm's emphasis is very much on the purchase, sale and re-mortgage of domestic property, we also have a depth of knowledge and experience in wills and executries, insurance and accident claims, commercial and corporate work.

The two founding partners,Peter D Anderson and Stuart M Bain between them now have 40 years experience in the Aberdeen property market. They have dealt at first hand with sales and purchases of properties in the city and surrounding areas throughout the peaks and troughs of the market which has tended to mirror the changing fortunes of the offshore oil industry.

We have been joined by two other property partners, Robin J Leith and Calum I Bell, both of whom were previously partners in other city centre firms. Their appointment emphasises the firm's continuing commitment to the provision of a quality service to its clients. We have also recently appointed Scott Allan as an associate of the firm who joined us from another city property firm adding another dimension to our property base.

We are also very pleased to announce that Kevin Rattray, formerly of Hutcheon Rattray & Co has joined us to front our Property Sales division. Kevin has vast experience in the local property market and his appointment serves to show the firm's total commitment to provide the best possible property sales service locally. Whilst other firms have adopted a policy of delegation to more junior staff members to deal with the estate agency side, andersonbain & co remains committed to the personal touch philosophy which has served us so well
